With our Client we are looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant who is looking to make a career move into a business that can offer superb career and personal development.

To be suited to this role you should have already have c 12 months + experience of working in Purchase Ledger - with a business that works with larger volumes and at a fast pace. We would also need to have strong Excel skills and a knowledge of Oracle is a definite advantage although it isn't essential.

The key criteria of the role will be to ensure accurate Payments are made to Client - UK and Overseas in line with Payment deadlines.

Working as part of a team you will also work across;

  • coding / batching and posting of Invoices
  • match of PO's and GRN's
  • extensive Query Management and Resolution - working Internally and Externally
  • preparation of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • working to assist with Month End close
