Well Established family run Laboratory Supplies company requires Office Manager. To manage day to day running of the company office. Duties Include: • Day to day running of the company office with a proactive and flexible approach. • Generation and Processing of sales and purchase orders. • Generation and fulfilment of customer enquiries. • Ensuring invoices and orders are dealt with in timely fashion. • Ensuring overdue payment issues are resolved. Skills to include: • Experience in sales, purchasing and administration. • Capability to work within a team or alone. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact professionally with customers, staff and suppliers at all levels. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. • Good IT skills. excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages ie: Outlook, Word and Excel. • Experience working with Xero or similar accounting software package. • Stable career history.
