Well Established family run Laboratory Supplies company requires Office Administrator. The position is part time Duties will include : • Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service • Managing purchase and sales ledger transactions • Preparing and processing purchase and sales orders • Processing and reconciling statements • Ensuring that all records and receipts are kept up to date • Reconciliation of debtors & creditors accounts • Facilitate customer enquiries • General secretarial and administration duties Skills to Include: • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers and credit control. • Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team • Knowledge of Microsoft packages ie: Outlook Excel and Word. • Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software. • Ability to multitask and deliver against a number of priorities • Previous experience working in a similar role • Organised, methodical and logical in your approach • Good timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines • Good communication and telephone skills • Proactive and flexible attitude
