Job Title; Customer Service - Continuous Improvement
Salary £19,000 - £20,000 plus benefits including personal performance bonus

With our Client we are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Executive who is experienced and passionate about Continuous Improvement and providing the highest levels of Customer Service at all times.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service we are looking to appoint a character who will act as a 'senior' within the team. We are also looking to appoint someone who has a passion for delivery of the highest levels of Customer Service at all times and be someone who with the Business and Customer Service Manager will constantly seek Continuous Improvement.
On a day to day basis you will work across;
This role is for a character who is self motivated and driven. You will also need excellent Administration and Communication skills.
