With our Client we are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant- who will take responsibility for the Sales Ledger function of the Business as part of a wider Team.

You will also work as part of the wider Finance team and work to also support the Purchase Ledger functions of the business during busy / peak times.

This is a permanent appointment and is a role that will suit an individual who likes working as part of a team and is also a character who has a flexible and hands on approach to what they do on a day to day basis.

Your role will include;

  • Daily raising a high volume of Sales Ledger Invoices
  • Taking Payments and Posting Cash Receipts - you will take calls from Customers and deal with multiple currencies
  • Processing Expenses and Credit Card Payments
  • Work closely with the Sales / Customer Accounts Teams
  • Work to strict Monthly reporting deadlines on the Ledger
  • Assisting with the Purchase Ledger function - including input of the Supplier Invoices
  • Assisting with a range of other Finance functions as you grow in the business - including Monthly Payroll
