Our Client based in the heart of Lancs towns have an immediate need for a Service Administrator to join their Service Operations team on a permanent basis.

The role is focused on the dealings and management of service tickets with 3rd party partners, It requires the individual to process Customer incidents with 3rd parties in line with SLA’s and with high level Customer Service. The role will involve communication with Partners of the business as well as external Customers

Duties will include:

  • Ensure all tickets are managed in line with performance targets
  • All tickets are managed to successful completion
  • Build relationships with key partners and 3rd parties
  • Update Customers with requirements in a timely manner
  • Manage tickets logged out to 3rd parties and Partners
  • Ensure completion within Service level agreements
  • Provide support to key stakeholders
  • Work alongside Engineering team on complex issues
  • Update Management on failures if they occur

To be successful in this role you will need the ability to multitask in  pressurised environment, You will need strong communication skills speaking to technically skilled Customers daily

The ideal Candidate will be a self starter who has a passion for providing good Customer Service, this will be a high pressured role so will suit a dynamic individual who is eager to learn will
