My Client is currently looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join their team on a Part Time basis to cover a period of Maternity leave until circa October 2019

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 1pm - 6.30pm - you will be covering the busy afternoon shift as part of a team - this is non- negotiable

Duties include;

  • Answering telephone calls and handling the Customer enquiry
  • Transferring calls to the correct person / department
  • Using the in-house system to book appointments, update records and look up information
  • Liaise with various staff members to obtain information
  • Manage various Administration tasks as required - filing, scanning etc
  • Handle enquiries face to face on the Reception desk in a busy and fast paced environment

You must have previous Administration / Reception based experience and have a flexible approach to your work

You must have a confident and polite manner, have good telephone skills and be able to deal with members of the public face to face

You must be available to start this role asap - ideally w/c 17th June
