JOB TITLE:                   Recruitment Consultant (Temporaries Division)

 

REPORT TO:                Manager / Director

 

JOB PURPOSE:            To provide

  • Sales and Business development to improve the profitability of the company
  • Full Recruitment Process to current and new clients, and candidates
  • Administration and Legislation Compliance
     

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development

Gain additional business through sales and building relationships with prospect, existing and lapsed clients

 

Service Delivery

To provide all clients, temporary staff and applicants with an excellent service

 

Recruitment

To ensure that all vacancies are filled accurately and quickly

 

Administration

To ensure all legislation is complied with and also minimum standards are achieved for REC Audited and SLA agreements.
