My Client is currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy and fast paced team based on the outskirts of Rochdale
The main purpose of the role is to manage and optimise the working day of a team of Field based Engineers to achieve the highest levels of Customer Service in line with agreed SLA's. You must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered - you will need to be able to hit the ground running!
Daily duties and responsibilities;
My Client is looking for a robust and confident character - you must be able to hold your own when dealing with Engineers and Customers!
It can be a chaotic and stressful working environment so you must be able to cope well under pressure
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - there could be times when this will need to be flexible to suit the business / Customer needs
