Our Client based in the Middleton area are looking to recruit a committed Sales Administrator to join their well established and rapidly growing business. You will work to support the external and internal Sales team across North Manchester.

The successful candidate will have a practical and creative mind and not be afraid of putting ideas forward to the business / team. A background in manufacturing would be advantageous and you will need to be literate and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting sales orders onto Sage 200 (approx. 20 per day)
  • Daily input of quotes onto Salesforce
  • Raising pro-forma invoices and taking payment from clients
  • Administration of sales reports from the internal & external sales teams on a weekly basis
  • Reception duties including screening phone calls and taking brief enquiries
  • Visitor management (including providing refreshments etc.)
  • Processing orders through to our production team
