Business Administration Apprenticeship (Various Departments)

HB Furniture is a new company set up from a company established over 40 years.

They are a Furniture Manufacturer, offering a bespoke service to a varied client base including Care Homes and major retailers.

The successful candidates will be outgoing with a positive attitude and willingness to learn an develop new skills. This is a multi-faceted role as you will be working across the various departments including accounts and supporting the Office Administration Team.

Day to day duties include but not limited to:

  • Data input on the company’s accounts system
  • Some secretarial duties
  • Liaising with customers through email and telephone regarding orders and promotions
  • Chasing paperwork i.e. matching up delivery notes with purchase orders
  • Producing delivery notes, ensuring all information is correct for our production and delivery team
  • Support in planning deliveries ensuring the most accurate and efficient route is planned for their drivers

You will work one to one with one of their friendly and supportive Account Managers who will provide all on the job training and ensure you have the skills and resources to perform your role.

Things to consider

£4 per hour, if successful reviewed after 6 months.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
