Location: Rochdale

Job Title: Service Advisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 till 6.00 (Some changes to shifts may be required to cover annual leave). Saturday working 7.00 - 12.00 on a 1 in 3 Rota pattern.

Reporting Line: Service Manager & Directors of the Business.

Job Purpose: Responsible for dealing with all customers, fleet and private customers alike and liasing with team in the business.

Key Accountability:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries.
Assist in the organization of workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Record details of actions taken.
Manage administration.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions.

Knowledge/Experience/skills:

Key skills in English and Maths
Computer Literate - Microsoft Packages + Excel Ability to prioritise tasks sucessfully
Experience of the motor industry or working in a bodyshop/garage useful but not crucial.
