Salary £19,000 - £20,000 per annum with benefits

We are looking to recruit a candidate who can demonstrate strong administrative skills who has possibly had some exposure to accounts – albeit the latter can be taught via training.

Our client is a successful design and manufacture business with a full range of customers across the UK and beyond.

Based in the Administration and Finance team you will be accountable for:

  • Assisting with Purchase and Sales Ledger input
  • Assisting with order processing
  • Reconciling staff expenses via credit card and petty cash
  • Updating the Fixed Asset Register
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintaining and updating diaries and providing hospitality for meetings
  • General administration

You will be a competent IT user and a strong communicator with numerical skills
