Our Client based in the heart of Manchester, just off Deansgate, are looking for cover on an 8 month contract basis to assist with a maternity cover.

You work within a team of 6 assisting with the day to day processing of invoices and sales ledger.

Duties will include:

  • Logging and coding of invoices daily – up to 100 per day
  • Update Client records with special requirements
  • Log varied rates or different units and update system
  • Update and maintain Supplier accounts
  • Reconcile the ledger to Statements
  • Deal with Client correspondence
  • Assist with weekly payment run
  • Weekly Housekeeping, Check the PRM’s files match the logged report, replacing invoices where missing
  • Daily banking of cheques
  • Process sub-meter readings through tenant recharges

To be successful in this role you need to have high attention to detail, be able to work using your own initiative and prioritise your own work load – you will be tested on this at interview.

Previous accounts experience is essential – preferably high volume invoice processing
