HR / Payroll Administrator

Working within a small HR team and reporting to the HR Manager you will work across a range of tasks including new starter set up and payroll.

You will be responsible for daily updates of information and processing of monthly reports

Duties will include.

  • Manage and update holiday, sickness, and absence information
  • Authorise holidays inline with company process
  • Collate and process monthly payroll information within set deadlines
  • Complete HMRC forms for Payroll – including benefits agency and other 3rd party organisations
  • Update and maintain colleague information – updating new details and adding new starters to the systems
  • Assist with company inductions for new starters
  • Update information with leavers and prepare P45 information

To be successful in this role you will need to have a desire to learn and get involved with new ideas across the department. They are looking for a hands on individual to bring something new to the role.
