Receptionist/Service Desk Advisor


  • £20k Neg DOE
  • Fulltime 7.30am – 5pm Mon-Fri plus every other Saturday morning
  • Training and development
  • Varied duties in a busy environment
  • Offered on a temp – perm basis

The Job

  •  Liaising with clients and managing all service desk queries
  • Experience of car mechanics would be an advantage
  • Taking incoming sales queries from new and existing customers
  • Advising customers, both public and trade, on services offered
  • Identifying other leads that may lead to new business opportunities
  • Experienced mechanics who would be looking for a move into an office environment would be considered

Experience of fleet service and Mercedes would be a distinct advantage

About You

  • Experience of car mechanics would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience of working within a service desk role
  • Naturally, you’ll have worked within and customer focused environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have good PC skills, however full training will be given for their bespoke software
  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to assess situations and act accordingly and appropriately
