We are seeking a Sales Administrator / Customer Service for a global speciality manufacturing company based in the centre of Rochdale

Working 40 Hours per week: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am to 2:30pm Fridays.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Entering Sales Orders, producing and sending invoices using Sage Accounts.
Arranging Transport both into and out of the Warehouse.
General Admin / Filing / Answering the door, Telephone and General Customer Service.
Booking in deliveries/Data Input/Spreadsheets/Delivery Notes.
Liaising with the Warehouse and Hauliers to ensure deliveries go out on time.
Raising Purchase orders with Suppliers and ensuring raw materials arrive on time and entering on Sage Manufacturing and CIM50.
Arranging transport and Hotels for the MD and also overseas clients and employees from our Head Office.
Duties are varied from washing the pots to attending seminars in the head office in Belgium.  You will be working in a very close-Knit small team of 8 people so must have an ability to work within a team.

Skills Knowledge and Experience
We are looking for a person with a professional can-do attitude, who will be dealing with UK and worldwide customers on a daily basis so must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
We need an all-rounder with a flexible attitude, who is willing to work past 5 o-clock if needed. Must be computer literate and be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
Sage experience is an advantage though not essential.
