Hours: Flexible - 37 hours per week

Northern Community Pathways are seeking motivated, caring & dedicated staff to join our team & be part of our 16+ semi independent and outreach support team, to support young people to positively grow, develop, achieve & build their resilience within independent living.

We provide a warm, safe & supportive environment for young people in our 16+ provisions, we create opportunities for our young people & give them aspirations that are achievable. NCPL want to shape the lives of young people, giving them a positive future, with the resilience to be successful.

Our Outreach Team support young people in their own flats to develop life skills to enable them to become tenancy ready, they support them with day to day life skills training, support to attend appointments and encourage them to engage in education, employment and training.

A full driving license is necessary and a mileage allowance is paid.

Minimum £9.50 per hour pay scale is incremental dependant on experience and qualifications, there are also opportunities for overtime
