An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Rochdale area. As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries, raising invoices, managing direct debits and dealing with sales admin.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inputting invoices on to a system
  • Raising invoices and raising Purchase Orders numbers
  • Managing all Direct Debits
  • Managing BACS payments
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Inputting all Sales information onto Sage 50 system whilst amending details such as delivery notes, invoices etc.
  • General Sales Admin duties 

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm

 

Rate of Pay - £11.19 per hour

 

Skills and experiences required for the role:

  • Experience as an Accounts Administrator 2+ Years
  • Experience with using Sage 50
  • Experience with dealing with Sales enquiries
  • Ability to work within a fast paced role
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good customer service skills
