Details:

We are having an open day to show what we do, the centre is busier now than it has ever been.

We have been made aware that there are still a lot of people in the area that don't know what we do.

So, we are opening our doors on Saturday morning to show what we do, how we work and how we can help people with various issues.

Everyone is welcome but we must stress that anyone under 18 years old is accompanied by a responsible adult, we will be providing refreshments and snacks free of charge.

Here is a brief breakdown on what we have done this year, more information will be given on the day but we must stress no personal information will be disclosed.

Clients Attending 5338; Breakfast/Dinner 4360; Laundry 295; Haircuts 27;

Referrals to agencies: Homeless 78; Medical 133; Benefits 1331; Housing 359; Criminal Justice 18; Employment /Education 6

Total 1,925

As you can see, these figures are proof that the day centre is important to the borough and that the need for Brentwood is greater than ever before and if you continue supporting us we will be able to carry on with this important service that is needed more than ever.

This is a service for anyone in the borough, there is no need to struggle with paperwork or phone calls alone when there are well trained professionals with great experience on your doorstep.
