Share your stories with people who are in the same boat as you and help each other deal with your day.
Whether it's Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons or Autism, you are a carer and may need some help too.
If it's only a 10 minutes break away, it makes such a difference.
Pop in for a coffee or tea and a chat.
