HMR CCG invites local residents to attend Committee Meeting

NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group Primary Care Commissioning Committee Meeting is on Friday 9 November 2018. Held quarterly, these meetings are where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about the commissioning of GP services in the Rochdale borough.

At the November meeting the agenda will include updates on primary care finance, contracts and estates; performance and quality; and primary care innovation and transformation. Transformation of health and social care in the Rochdale borough will also be discussed.

The Primary Care Commissioning Committee Meeting takes place as follows:

Public questions are welcome at both meetings and can either be submitted through the website on the Governing Body page or the Primary Care Commissioning Committee Meeting page, or asked during the open questions slot at beginning of each meeting.

Members of the public attending the meetings are asked to report to reception on arrival at Number One Riverside. Anyone with a disability or any additional needs and requires assistance at the meeting is asked to please inform our Corporate Affairs and Governance Manager of their requirements in advance by emailing Helenchapman@nhs.net

It is requested that anyone submitting questions in advance of the Governing Body and Primary Care Commissioning Committee meetings does so at least 24 hours before the meetings commence. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed, before the meeting takes place. We would also ask people who have questions to ask to arrive half an hour before the meeting begins, so we are able to accurately capture the question as well as contact details to ensure a full response is provided.
