Organised by Living Well, we are a group for people with anxiety and stress related issues.
We hope to help you leave your worries behind for a couple of hours as you join our film group at ODEON, seeing the biggest blockbusters to small interesting films, plus everything in between.
We go to the cinema every Tuesday afternoon, when it is usually not busy so you are stress free.
Make new friends and memories as the latest films dazzle and amaze us.
We can help you with tickets, transport and refreshments.
