Details:

Discover how Rochdale's woodlands are managed today using traditional management techniques and heritage woodland crafts.

Take part in workshops or pop in to one of the demonstrations, take a look at the craft stalls and learn all about our local wildlife.

Demonstrations include:

  • Tree climbing
  • Bodgers
  • Truggers
  • Basket makers
  • Willow weavers
  • Whittlers have a go
  • Make a gypsy flower
  • Wooden whistle
  • Leaf pendant

No bookings required. Suitable for all the family.

Most activities will be under cover, so join us come rain or shine!
