Rochdale Light Orchestra Summer Concert

Details:

A concert of light-hearted music of various genres, including works by Haydn, Joe Garland, Debussy, Hoagy Carmichael, Glen Miller and Graham Marshall, suitable for all the family.

Everyone is welcome. There will be interval refreshments and admission is free.

The Rochdale Amateur Light Orchestra brings together amateur musicians who enjoy rehearsing and performing music of a light-hearted nature of all kinds.

Membership is open to all orchestral players – any instrument– who want to join. There is an agreed membership subscription per rehearsal session, at present £3 adults £1.50 students.  

The orchestra is open to instrumentalists of all minds, not just the standard orchestral instruments but keyboards, guitars and even more exotic sounds!
