Details:

After the huge success of our Half-term Camps back in February, the Hornets Foundation will be running the sessions again in the coming Easter Holidays - bigger and better than ever.

We hosted the Holiday Camps over two days in Half-Term alongside our community club partner Rochdale Mayfield, with both camps very well-attended and a good time had by all. Now, we are doubling down, with twice as much rugby league fun to be had.

Our Easter Holiday camps will be held over four days: the first block will be for:

  • Children between 8-11 and will take place on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 April
  • Children between 12 and 16, will be a week later, on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 April

Just like last time, the camps will be held at Mayfield Sports Centre, Steve Gartland Way, Castleton, running from 10am until 3pm on all days.

Each day costs just £5 per child per day and for that, the children will receive an action-packed day of rugby league coaching, based around the core skills of the sport, as well as plenty of fun games along the way.

All sessions are led by qualified coaches from the Hornets Foundation.

Participating children are asked to bring appropriate kit, as well as a packed lunch, snacks and a drink.

For more information and to reserve a place ahead of time, please contact our coach Kirsty on 07931 432470.

Entry fee: £5 per child per day
