13 September 2019
Friday 13 September 2019
2.30pm - 4.30pm
St George's Church Hall
This week is the Chairman's opening programme Serenade with presenter Gordon O'Brien.
If you enjoy good music (both light and serious) then you are bound to find something to your taste in our programmes of recorded music. You may hear some of your favourites or on the other hand you may be introduced to new music which you may well take to!
All items are introduced by a presenter (a member or a guest) in an easily understood way - we are not musicians just music lovers.
We are a friendly organisation and aim to make newcomers welcome. The room is comfortable and the sound quality is good because of our excellent equipment.
Come along to a few of our meetings and judge the variety of music on offer. One of the pleasures of listening to music at our meetings is the shared experience without domestic interruptions.
There is no annual fee but entry fee is £2 per meeting.
Our season runs twice monthly from September to May with several meetings in the summer at St George's Church Hall, Oakenrod Hill, Rochdale. All meetings are hosted Friday afternoon, 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Entry fee: £2 per meeting to cover rent and refreshments
