As part of our HMR Self-Care Week and World COPD Day 2019 we are holding a free event at the HMR Self-Care Hub Damson Centre, Rochdale Infirmary.
HMR Community Respiratory, Self-Management, and Community Cancer Services presents: The Big Breakfast: The British Lung Foundation, a free breakfast being served from 10am in the hub.
Browse our health and wellbeing stalls, take part in taster sessions and activity sessions.
Come and claim your fully funded COPD App – free for life, to help improve your Health and Wellbeing. Talk to Sharon Lord at the event.
