Falinge Park Run from 9.30am on the first Sunday of every month, February - October.
Meet at the coffee shop at the top of the drive.
You can choose to do a 1 mile, 2 mile or 5k run.
You can participate for free, just for fun.
Great fitness goals or practice for any would-be runners!
