Details:

Springhill Hospice's Sofa to Summit Virtual Challenge starts from 1st August 2020 across the Summer. Because it is a “virtual” challenge there is no fixed date, time or distance. Choose your own challenge – what you want to do and when.

  • It can be for 1 hour, 1 day or longer. The choice is yours.
  • No-one is too old or too young.
  • You can do it on your own or with family, friends or workmates.
  • You can walk, run, ride a bike or any other activity of your choice.
  • It can be in your own home, garden or local neighbourhood.
  • It can be in your local gym/pool or an activity where you travel further afield.
  • It can be 1k or 100k – or 10 or 30 minutes a day – it’s whatever you want it to be.
  • Observe Government Covid-19 guidance to keep yourself and others safe.
  • Only take part in an activity that you feel comfortable and safe to do.
  • It is free to enter – and we are asking you to raise money for the hospice.
