New and exciting session for Langley Children's Centre with Living Well.
We will be delivering a fun, relaxed and friendly group for parents. This session will be led by Parent's Choice and could include arts, crafts, cooking sessions, meditations, relaxation and many other lifestyle sessions to support parent's wellbeing - something different every session.
Being a parent is hard, but being a parent during 2020 has been even harder! If you need some fun, relaxation, to meet new friends and relieve stress then join these sessions, starting on Wednesday 7 October and then running every other Wednesday from 1pm - 2.30pm.
