Rochdale Women's Healthy Relationships Workshop: Re-Learning

In partnership with Rochdale Borough Council, charity Europia are offering free online workshops for EU national women living in Rochdale.

This is a project to support women in abusive/violent/unhealthy relationships and will be delivered online for free by Kam Laing, the founder of Unchained Phoenix - an organisation working specifically with victims of abuse.

This workshop will have three sessions, beginning on Sunday 17 January and continuing weekly on the 24th and 31st January.

Session one's topic is Re-Learning:

  • What a loving relationship is and isn't
  • How to recognise abuse
  • Stop the blame and shame spiral
  • Biology of abuse
  • Mantras and exercise
