Details:

Heywood Sports Village is set to host this year’s Christmas production of Cinderella while Heywood Civic Centre continues as the town’s primary Covid-19 walk-in testing centre.

Following the cancellation of last year’s panto, organisers were determined for this year’s production to go ahead.

This Christmas follow the rags to riches tale where dreams come true with a special invitation to the Ball. Cinderella is doomed to live un-happily ever after with her two horrible Ugly Sisters, but she manages with the help of her ‘silly’ friend Buttons and a ‘magical’ Fairy Godmother to make all her dreams come true!

Welcoming former Coronation Street actor Steven Arnold who played Ashley Peacock as ‘Buttons’, and Steven Hall of Britain’s Got Talent fame as the Dame, the cast will come complete with lavish costumes, beautiful dance routines and plenty of classic panto gags.

Produced by Link4Life and Trio Entertainment – the same team behind “Aladdin” 2019.

Shows will be running from Saturday 18 December - Tuesday 28 December with various show times at 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 5pm and 6.30pm on different days.
