Rochdale MP Sir Tony Lloyd will host a 3-course dinner to raise funds for the Mayor of Rochdale's Charity Appeal.

Guest speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle (Speaker of House of Commons) was elected as Speaker on 4 November 2019. As Honorary Colonel of 3 Medical Regiment, Lindsay is a keen supporter of and advocate for the Armed Forces.

The dinner has a non-political theme.

Dress code: Lounge Suits.

Each year, the sitting Mayor of Rochdale raises thousands of pounds for local charitable causes through collections and organised events such as the Mayor’s Ball.

The Mayor of Rochdale 2021 - 2022, Councillor Aasim Rashid, supported by the mayoress, Mrs Rifit Rashid, is raising funds for Springhill Hospice, Parkinson’s UK, Petrus Rochdale, Jolly Josh and Rochdale Shopmobility.
