Sign up now to the Mind, Body, Soul Programme in Rochdale starting on 9th December - a six week course running every Thursday, 10am to 12noon, that covers: Burnout, exhaustion, alienation, signs of reducce performance, emergency self-care techniques, recognising and managing emotions, breathing techniques, three Ps, foundations of wellbeing and mindfulness.

The sessions will have regular self-assessment and tools to create self-care strategies.

The sessions are aimed at Pakistani and Bangladeshi women (age 16+) residing in Rochdale. We are particularly keen in catering for and engaging with girls for whom English is not a first language.

Flashcards and material are available in Urdu.
