Details:
Music can have such a positive effect on your mental wellbeing.
Over 6 week group sessions, running every Tuesday from 5pm - 7pm, starting on 4th January 2022, the facilitator will play instrumental music and the group is invited to choose their own instrument and shake, bang or strum along.
Participants can join in, in their own time, or choose to listen to the sounds being made by the group and relax.
