This group is for people who are either going through life changing experiences or have a long term health condition.
We provide access to fun, interesting and stimulating activities that you can take part in either alone or with a carer/person you care for.
The sessions are running every Thursday until 27 December 2018.
Entry fee: £2 for snacks
