DETAILS:

The Governing Body of NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) is meeting at Number One Riverside on Friday 21 September and members of the public are encouraged to attend.

This meeting, being held 10.30am-12.30pm, is where official CCG business is discussed and formal decisions are made about everything from policies to which health services will be commissioned.

Public questions are welcome and can either be submitted in advance, through the online form on the CCG’s website or asked during the open questions slot at the beginning of each meeting. We would ask people who have questions to ask at the meeting to arrive half an hour before the meeting, at 10am, so we are able to accurately capture the question as well as contact details to ensure a full response is provided. Our engagement lead will be available to discuss any other queries.

Anyone with a disability or any additional needs and requires assistance at the meeting is asked to please inform our Corporate Affairs and Governance Manager of their requirements in advance. Please email Helenchapman@nhs.net.

Please report to reception on arrival at Number One Riverside. It is requested that anyone submitting questions, in advance of the Governing Body meeting, does so at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed, before the meeting takes place.

At this meeting among the topics that Governing Body members will be discussing is the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) Annual Report 2018. Board members will also be covering corporate reports including Quality and Safeguarding, Performance and Finance, and hearing updates from Governing Body Sub-Committees.

The agenda and papers for the meeting, responses to previous public questions and meeting schedules can also be found on the Governing Body page of our website.

HMR CCG Governing Body meetings are held bi-monthly and the next one will be on Friday 16 November 2018 at Number One Riverside.
