Start at Healey Corner, junction A671 Whitworth Road and B6377 Shawclough Road.

DETAILS:

Circular leisurely walk, distance = 5 miles.

The walk takes in part of Healey Dell to Lower Healey then on to Healey Stones, through to the disused reservoir and picking up paths back to the start.

Please note, that due to the popularity of these walks, car sharing whenever possible would reduce parking congestion.

Advise: Walking Boots, Waterproofs if needed, adequate clothing, snack and drink.

Generally dogs are not permitted, with exception of Registered Assistance Dogs, but anyone wishing to bring a dog should contact the Walk Leader in advance to obtain His/Her consent or otherwise.
