Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, which focuses on self-healing and gratitude. It is a way of healing internal blocks, limiting beliefs and memories that can have a strong negative effect on our mental and physical wellbeing.

The Ho'oponopono Healing Group is a two hour session, incorporating deep cleaning and healing meditations.

Group and individual healing will take place, along with a following discussion.
