This week is a general meeting.
Rochdale Society of Model & Experimental Engineers (RSMEE), founded in 1932, is one of the oldest societies in the country and is also a founder member of the Northern Association of Model Engineers.
Members come from many different walks of life and are of varying levels of skill and experience - and all are still learning! Their interests include:
- Road steam engines; 3½", 5" and 7¼" locos and stock
- Clocks and Automata
- Tools and Workshop Accessories
- Preserved Steam Railways
- Industrial Archaeology
The group host twice-monthly meetings covering a variety of subjects. Meetings are held on Friday evenings throughout the year at Castleton Community Centre, commencing at 7.00pm until 8.45pm.
