To celebrate National Care Home Open Day The Willows Dementia hub will open it's doors on Friday 28th June. We will have:
- A performance from Mindful Music
- An exciting visit from the Calderbrook Alpacas
- Drop in sessions with Link 4 Life, Alzheimer's Society and Rochdale Carers
- A visit from the Mayor of Rochdale, Cllr Billy Sheerin
- Buffet lunch provided.
This year’s theme is celebrating the role of Arts in Care. It encourages homes to open their doors to celebrate a different theme each year, with a few key values at its heart: friendship, making connections and celebrating older and vulnerable people.
