Meet at Lay-by opposite Owd Betts, side of A680, Edenfield Road, between Rochdale and Edenfield, OL12 7TY.

DETAILS:

Moderate walk, distance = 7.5 miles.

Rochdale Ramblers Thursday day walks are generally 5.5 to 7.5 miles, duration 3 to 4 hours.

Please note, that due to the popularity of these walks, car sharing whenever possible would reduce parking congestion.

Advise: Walking Boots, Waterproofs if needed, adequate clothing, snack and drink.

Generally dogs are not permitted, with exception of Registered Assistance Dogs, but anyone wishing to bring a dog should contact the Walk Leader in advance to obtain His/Her consent or otherwise.
