Join Sandra, Lily and Ruth on Thursday evenings between 6.45pm - 8pm to create a new piece of dance. Combining your stories and using creative movement, this workshop series (starting on 22 October) will get you moving your whole body from your living room.

If you are based in Rochdale, over 50 years of age, and are looking for creative and fun exercise then these workshops are for you!

The work will lead to a piece of choreography which will be performed online to showcase the creativity of over 50's in the Rochdale borough.
