A warm hearted comedy. Bet and Al live a quiet humdrum life in Yorkshire until Bet wins a “Romantic Break” competition in a magazine.
The prize, a holiday in Paris, represents their first experience abroad; of French cuisine; foreign lifestyles and phrase books. It all has a profound and sometimes hilarious effect on how they view the world on their return home.
This amateur production of is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd, on behalf of Samuel French Ltd.
