The next 4 week face to face CrISP 2 programme starts on Friday 1 July and takes place every week from 10.30am to 1pm with the final session on Friday 22 July.
Free on site parking is available.
They would encourage you to attend all four weeks if you can, to get the most out of it.
This Carer Information and Support Programme 2 is for people who have been caring for a family member or friend with dementia for some time. It provides an opportunity for you to talk in a friendly and confidential environment about your experiences and the impact they are having on you.
Carers Information and Support Programme (CrISP 2) is run by Alzheimer’s Society staff and volunteers for a group of up to 10 people who care for a family member or friend with dementia.
The programme aims to provide you with the information and support that you need.
Topics will include:
- Understanding change as dementia progresses
- Living with change as more help is needed
- Living well as dementia progresses
