The next 5 week face to face CrISP 1 programme starts on Wednesday 7 September and takes place every week from 2pm to 4.30pm with the final session on Wednesday 5 October.

Free on site parking is available.

They would encourage you to attend all five weeks if you can, to get the most out of it.

This Carer Information and Support Programme 1 is for people who have been caring for a family member or friend with dementia for some time. It provides an opportunity for you to talk in a friendly and confidential environment about your experiences and the impact they are having on you.

Carers Information and Support Programme (CrISP 1) is run by Alzheimer’s Society staff and volunteers for a group of up to 10 people who care for a family member or friend with dementia.

The programme aims to provide you with the information and support that you need.

Topics will include:

• Understanding dementia
• Providing support and care
• Legal and money matters
• Coping day to day
