Rochdale recruitment firm celebrates 15 years in business

Date published: 10 August 2019

Rochdale-based recruitment agency, Recruitment Solutions (North West) Limited, are celebrating 15 years of working throughout Rochdale and the north west.

Since starting in 2004, from two people sat around a kitchen table, the firm to-date has grown to a team of 12 and has placed more than 3,000 people in finance, accounts and office support jobs for the region's business community, ranging from small businesses to FTSE 100 companies.

Over the past 15 years, the company has also placed the local community at the heart of their values, specifically through the support and sponsorship of local business and youth sports projects.

Commenting on the challenges of creating a long-lasting business, Gavin Reynolds, Director at Recruitment Solutions said: "The challenges are daily and they range from changing legislation such as GDPR, employing and growing our own team and, of course, ensuring that we fulfil our clients and candidates requirements to the highest of standards.

"The world of recruitment is ever-changing, so we've always based our approach on 'bite-sized chunks' ensuring year-on-year growth, but without compromising our consistency or quality. This is an approach that has ensured we have always remained both profitable and successful."

On celebrating the occasion and looking towards the future, Recruitment Solutions Managing Director, Karen Reynolds, said: "We obviously need to thank our clients and candidates for supporting the business over the past 15 years, but a huge amount of credit needs to go to our excellent and growing team who through their ongoing commitment have enabled us to reach this point.

"Without them we would not be where we are today."
