New business lights up Rochdale

Date published: 03 October 2019

Brand-new business Heaven Scent has opened in the Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre.

Officially launching this week as a permanent stall on the centre’s mall, Heaven Scent specialises in luxury bath items for adults and children including bath bombs, soaps, home fragrance, wax melts, burners, room sprays, carpet fresheners. They also offer a great range in gift sets and hampers.

Regularly taking part in Rochdale Exchange’s successful Small Business Events, business owner Sarah Bleasdale has been working hard to build up a dedicated fan base.

Commenting on this exciting new adventure, she said: “It’s wonderful to finally realise, what was once a small online hobby of mine with just a handful of customers, turn into a successful enterprise that now has more than 7,000 followers across the North West and Yorkshire.

“By bringing Heaven Scent to the centre, we now have a tangible platform in which to showcase all our amazing products as well as hopefully encourage even more people to shop at our stall.

Sarah concludes: “Thank you to Rochdale Exchange for giving us this incredible opportunity. The management team has been very supportive, and their ongoing encouragement has certainly helped drive us forward.”

Lorenzo O’Reilly, Centre Manager at Rochdale Exchange, said he is delighted to see Heaven Scent become a permanent fixture at the centre. He said: “Sarah’s products have always been so popular with our visitors to the Small Business Events, attracting people from across the area.

“To be able to assist her in bringing her stall into the centre on a full-time basis is a great coup for us and we know that Heaven Scent will make a fantastic addition to our current retail mix.

“We very much looking forward to continuing to work with Sarah and supporting the business as it continues to grow.”
