Award win for customer service champions Cartime

Date published: 06 November 2021

Car dealership Cartime, which has sites in Bury and Rochdale, has won an Extra Mile Award for customer service and community support.

Cartime was awarded with the Northern Partnership Award by MotoNovo Finance, following the introduction of 'innovative new online services'. The award was presented to Cartime founder, Matt Kay by Mike Lever, Senior Account Manager, MotoNovo.

Mr Kay said: "This award is a fantastic indication that all of the positive changes and hard work by the Cartime team are enabling us to exceed customer expectation.

"We’re continually striving to listen to feedback and enhance our service across all areas of the business to stay ahead in this competitive sector, and it’s with thanks to MotoNovo for recognising our efforts with this accolade.

"Changes to consumer needs during the pandemic made us analyse all of our business operations in detail and increase our focus even more on the customer, who increasingly wants to be able to shop both online as well as call on our experienced team for advice when visiting the showrooms.

"As a fast growing business, we are always trying to adapt and evolve to ensure we have the correct processes in place to make certain our customers are receiving the best levels of service and support. This has been a key driver for us over recent years and I believe our commitment to building and developing a team focused on nothing but improving the experience of our customers has been the driving force behind our win.”

MotoNovo’s Extra Mile Awards are a brand new initiative for 2021 to help recognise and celebrate the finance company’s network of over 2,000 dealerships, with an annual awards ceremony.
